Polykool^® Tape is a specially formulated, release film, tape to treat all details of a Polykool roof system (to include all seams and flashing). Polykool Tape seals to itself so it can be cut and folded around an object. Polykool Tape must be used on all Polykool warranty jobs. Polykool Tape uses advanced MicroSealant Technology, a 100% solids formulation of synthetic resins, thermoplastic and non-curing rubber (not butyl) with a built-in primer. It is bonded to a UV stable backing. The coating is protected by a silicone release liner, to be removed prior to application.
