ALUSHIELD is a prefabricated membrane faced with aluminium foil, which is embossed during the continuous calendering process. It is reinforced with high-strength glass fabric and is made with a blown bitumen and filler mixture. The specially designed embossed pattern - which is produced with a procedure that allows the metal to expand freely - together with the quality of the carrier used and its positioning inside the bitumen material, give resistance to sudden changes in temperature, even very extensive changes.
